When will I receive my order?

Orders take 2-7 days to create, print and package.  Standard shipping is an additional 3-5 business days.  We ship from Los Angeles, CA.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our items are custom and we print on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of heart.

If you receive misprinted/damaged/defective items, please e-mail a photo of the item(s) to returns@allergytee.com and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.  Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

What if I can't find my child's allergy?

We continuously update our food allergy "cast of characters" but if you do not see your child's particular allergy, feel free to email us at info@allergytee.com
